3 sets of 5 x 400m with 100m jog goal pace of 84, 82, 80
pace were a bit slow but there was super strong wind so coach fife adjusted them and made them 2 second slower per lap. he ran with me on the first and last set. the second set was pretty slow, i accidentally ran one at 89 oops. Not sure why I was so slow on that one, averaged 82-83 for the last set. Not a great workout but not bad. Only two of my teammates were able to even finish this workout so I did well in comparison, I guess.
