Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did 3x150 after a quick warmup. On less than three hours of sleep this felt surprisingly really really good. I was expecting to go something like 23-24 on the first one because my legs felt really tight but then the first one was 19.10 so that was awesome. I was extra pleased because I was in trainers, doing a standing start on the indoor track. Pretty sure the break line might be short of 150 but not by too much and it felt really good to get moving. Can't wait to see what I can do on a gentler curve outdoors.
