Comments:
3x Perimeter Pretzel, 3x Woods - This wasn't great, but wasn't really awful either. I think I was still recovering from Thursday. I actually had to stop and stretch after 12 miles because my legs (especially groin) had tightened up and I was shuffle-stepping. My breathing was slightly out of whack as well. The longer slower stuff that was once my bread and butter is what I'm struggling with now. I think part of it is pacing and rhythm issues that will be gone in a couple weeks.

Note: The time and distance on this run have a higher margin of error than most of mine.
