Comments:
Ran for a lark in the park at dark. Really, though, warmed-up 35 min. did a ladder consisting off 1 min, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. One minute rest between. Can't believe I got out the door this evening; I was feelin' exhausted.
