No April Fools joke here. It was spring out today. Cold this morning but it turned out to be so pleasant in the afternoon. Sunshine, perfect temp. Shorts and TShirt all the way today. I was getting fried up at lab so came home on the early side. Got so many avenues to tackle I just need to sit down and figure out how to get to them. Anyways, finally made it on the Rail Trail. Its not completely melted yet, but runnable. The meadow was awesome, so muddy. I had to ran over some icebergs just sitting out there. Again, weird to run through ice with shorts on. Slowed down a little bit on the way back, was feeling tired and hungry.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a short stretch I was caked in mud so I wanted to find a dry spot to sit outside. Legs feel ok after, just feeling lowish energy and hungry. I always get so hungry right at the end of the day when I try to run. Yeah matzoh is really gonna do the trick for that next week...
