Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We warmed up and stretched inside first, then we jogged up to the pallets and carried them to the polevault area. Then we ran another warmup lap. Then me and a couple distance guys did 12 200s with other people coming doing half of them. Part of the track was covered in snow which was terrible but it was a great workout. I was exhausted by the time we finished. All of mine were right around 32 seconds I think. Our rest time was just the walk back to the start plus about 15-30 seconds.
