I ran the 400, 300, 200, 100 workout today with matching recovery to sprint distances. l felt as if each time my speed increased as the sprint got smaller. I stuck with my pace group the whole time. I did feel as if I could have gone a little faster starting with the 400, but today wasn't my day.
