wow, that was a lot harder than i thought it would be

Comments:
went to rhinehearts with tony. we did 6, 30-meter repeats up a hill made out of small stones. it was really hard because the hill was very steep, and it was hard to get up because every step would make a small avalanche of stones that you would sink into and it would take you down a little bit. we did recovery jogs between each one. then we went back up to the houuse.
