Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice run after I got home. Almost all the snow is gone. It was def shorts and shirt weather today. Ran up to the Rail Trail then over to some AC Trails. Ran along Fort Hill. Some dudes were chillin in the lawn chair up there on the top of the hill. I wonder if they put it there... Crossed over then did a Meadow Loop. The icebergs are gone and now its just wet. Good thing I had Gore Tex or else my feet would have been soaked. Popped out from the meadow and ran back on the Rail Trail. I slowed the pace down there a little bit. Just feeling tired from all the mud and puddles. It was fun though. Lots of people out running this afternoon. Overall good pace but I was tired and hungry by the end.
Essentials: Stretch
Actually got to stretch out on the lawn today. Wow I have been wishing for that all winter. It was a pretty good stretch legs feel refreshed afterwards. Our lawn is still really muddy though.
