My affair with the bike continues

Doctor Polun, while making me late to school even though we had agreed on a meeting time, also told me I couldn't run today. You can imagine how I felt. Anthony assigned me a "quality workout" on the bike which I interpreted as 7x3-minutes hard (resistance 4.5) with 1 minute recoveries (3.5). I had a 10-minute warmup and a 7:51 cooldown at 5 resistance. Because the timer on the bike switches between the clock and the pace, some of the pickups were a few seconds longer, resulting in a displacement of the recovery time (e.g., Pickup from 10:00 to 13:03, recovery until 14:04 and so on). Nevertheless, this was far and away the hardest I've ever worked on a bike and judging from my leg soreness now, a real workout. Pace on pickups was in the interval of 1:51 to 2:09. 30 pushups, crunches for 1:30, 1:45 prone plank, 30 supermen.
