Comments:
Quick half mile, then a quick lift
Palm up tri: 5x23, 2x5x30, 3negx37
Bench: 10x135, 5x165, x185, 3x195
Got into just the right frame of mind for the last set on bench and it felt easier and smoother than 185 did.
