Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
I was going to elliptical for 30 minutes then I thought 35 then 40 and then settled on 45. I was just having a great time. Ellipticaling is so painless and just feels so good. So I did 45 minutes at an average of about 150ish striders per minute with "5" resistance. It wasn't a very hard exercise but I enjoyed myself.
