PRE Trails

April 8, 2015 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 50s, on and off rain at the end

Comments:
Lazy-ish morning, then got some writing done, then headed to Axis to work. Saw only one patient, but had a bunch of time to finish my paperwork and call an MD, which was nice.

Work got out at 3:30, so I had a good hour to run before yoga. It was damp and little chilly, but the on-and-off rain (presumably) knocked down the pollen.

Ran easy (~7:50-8 pace) along PRE, past I-5, and onto this new, graveled random trail, then back. Actually got rolled-up by another guy...which shouldn't surprise me.

Once again, running is HARD: the arms and back feel worked, and it's all I can do to swing my arms back and forth, getting my hands (sometimes) behind me. The HR jacks, just from the physical+neurological effort.

Again, heavy emphasis:

- No SWIVZ + arms (hands behind hips)
- whole foot

Wore the N1 roads + customs again.

PM: yoga (decent class, but some tough arm work), then beers and dinner with CA, then beers with Dano at Max's. Dano's getting divorced, which is a HUGE shocker. We all (or at least I) thought his marriage was rock-solid, but sometimes "stagnant" can be mistaken for solid. Good chats.
