Well, planned to do a pre meet today, but today just was so shitty I couldnt even. Spent pretty much the entire day in meetings and presentations,barely got into the lab at all and got to analyze data for like 20 mins. By the end of the day, my head hurt and brain felt like mush. Also so hungry... just came home and crashed. Pre meet would have been nice to stretch out my legs for tomorrow but I just got to go with it now. IDK if it was less sleep and different diet this week, but feeling a little sore throat and overall tiredness when running. Hoping I can get a good race in tomorrow though. Definitely miss training for a competition of those sorts.
