Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First I warmed up and stretched some, then I did the 1600 in the DMR. I felt really tight after two laps and had a horrible race overall. Inbetween the race I ran some, then I did an 800 in a smr which I felt a little better for. After that I ran the diagonals of the infield while the 4x8 team ran to cheer them on, I had to go pretty fast. Then I did a 2 lap cooldown barefoot on the infield.
