Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I probably should not have run BUT I wanted to, so i did.
6 miles at 7:15 pace, felt a little tough but I think my fitness is okay for the most part. I think I can run through this leg thing if I am extra diligent with icing, stretching, foam rolling, etc. I want to try to do a fartlek workout tomorrow but we'll see how it feels
