Friday Workout (Cross training style)

Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
I biked 1 minute of warm up and then I went into 8x 1 minute of hard biking with 2 minutes of normal biking. My normal biking was 3.5 resistance with an RPM of 90-100. My hard biking was a resistance of 4.5 with an RPM of 95-105. Then I had five minutes of normal biking after I finished. It was very very very nice. I felt really good afterwards and really good doing it.
After I finished I did strengthening with Julia and Gillian:
3 sets of Crunch Progression (30 seconds each)
3 sets of Push up Progression (2 each for first two and 3 each for last one)
