Comments:
It wasn't one of my better races, but speed usually isn't. The first mile was 7:04 and I was very winded. Just couldn't get my breathing under control. I fell off after that. I think 7 minute miles was too hard of a goal. I did run the best I've ever run and won my age group. Free pizza for a year. YEAH!
