Just Keep Biking

The bike I was using didn't keep track of milage or how fast I was going, but it felt as if I was going as fast as I usually do and the bike next to me was going at a constant 90 RPM and I was going faster. My guess is that I was going an average of 100 RPM. It was tuff. Besides the cookie run its been almost of week of straight biking. My leg did not show any improvement in pain today and I really want to be healthy by at least Thursday because I have this really exciting run planned.
After I finished I did some strength work with some fellow trackers. 3 different crunches for 45 seconds each and then 20 push ups. Then it was suggested to try weights. I had never touched weights before and wasn't really doing a planned weight workout so all of it is unlogable, but I had a lot of fun.
