Comments:
I went into this trying to stay to the slower end of, but still within, my target pace range. I felt great today, started a little slower than in the past and relaxed throughout a nice run. I was running at about 6:45 pace at the beginning, which felt easy. That is a very good sign. I know my summer training has many shortcomings and a good run today does not mean they are gone, but this was a page out of my book from previous years and I did well with it. The weather was even great today, not hot even in the afternoon with a nice breeze.
