not very pleased with this workout, was slow on my splits. It was very windy and I did not feel like I was pushing myself. Workout didn't feel especially hard, just felt like I was not able to push myself to the next gear like I should have done on the 1ks. Will just have to regroup and try to push harder on Tuesday's workout!
