Comments:
Got up EARLY to try-out 6:15 AM yoga with CA. When I start working 9a-6p, our PM yoga routine won't be possible.
Pretty good - sold, but not great - yoga class, then we walked home and went for a short, 2x-minute jog around Skinner. I felt sluggish and tired, but that could be from the Baldies.
