I took a day of cross training today. I kept it above 100RPM and at a 3 resistance. I forgot to check mileage, again. If I learned one thing from my PE class in elementary school it was to always finish strong so for the last ten minutes I put the resistance at a 3.5 and fought to keep the RPM above 100. Even though I didn't do any pick ups, it was a very nice work out. My legs were very tired afterwards, tired, but happy. If legs can be happy, mine were happy.
