Comments:
thru riverfront park back up riverside hill by mccarthy center. passed mark few by mccarthy. felt significantly stronger than last week, was pretty tired last mile and a half however I had a lot more strength to pull from. was pushing for 1:10 towards the end, however there was no way I was going to hit it, ran about 1:40 from mission to indiana.
