Comments:
Couldnt decide where to run today, so I made a split decision to drive up to the outdoor track and run on campus. Right as I got up there a Cornell outdoor meet was wrapping up. It was kinda hot out today actually. Started out up to the Plantations, then did Salad Bowl, Ridge Trail, Park Park, and back through Plantations to the stairs in the wildflower garden and back to the track down Tower Rd. Noticed a lot of changes around the route, but it was still nice to hit up the old spots and reminded me of the good old times. Felt pretty good today easy to hold pace, even with the hills here and there. right Achilles was tight again today but running with it was still ok.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched after I got back. All the people from the meet were gone and it was much more calm. Just sat there chilling on the side walk.. I was pretty tired when I finished. Drove back home through campus with the windows down and the shades on. Its getting close to summer.
