Comments:
tony and i went to brownies as a warmup mile at 9:48 pace. next mile we went at faster and made it 6:32 uphill. /then a bee started chasing us. so we ran around ina few circles and when we could shake it we just ran back to brownies pretty hard. it chased us for about a mile. that mile was at 7:02 pace. the we cooled down at 10:32 min pace for a mile.
