Hopping on a bike (because we're hoppers)

I really wasn't looking forward to this because that last couple of days have really aggravated my leg and I had just come from my third fata rehearsal of the day so I was really tired and hurting. (everyone should come see the shows next week: thursday, friday, and saturday) I was in a bad mood then about five minutes into biking I remembered how enjoyable it can be. I went at a 3.5 resistance above a 95 rpm for 15 mins. I did crunch and pushup progressions while waiting for a bike. Its so sad that the season is so close to being done, but I'm excited to cheer everyone on at championships this Saturday! I will defiantly make sure to rock my new GDS track bag tomorrow.
