Comments:
Pretty OK day at work - first Monday in a long time! Got out a bit early (since I had an easy co-treat with Jeff before lunch). Ran solo, from work, into PRE, all the way to I-5 and back. Ran with the disposable mask. HR was pretty controlled. HR is going down, even though allergies are still bad: in combination because of the mask and the biking we're doing. Good deal.
Heavy emphasis on elite feet, stable trunk and small+compact arms.
