well its been a while since i logged. i just havent been in the mood to do it. nonetheless i had been running a fair amount, i got 5 days for two weeks at the beginnning of april and assumed as it got nicer i'd finally get back into it "for real" and start running at a decent pace but then i missed a few days and have been pretty inconsistent since. it was really hot out today but i'm glad i got a run in.
