Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decent run up through town across Chestnut St then back home via the AC Trails. Went in the early afternoon, and now that its summer time, that can be brutal. I wasnt used to the heat and went slow today. Also I was really sore from yesterdays practice, particularly in the hammies. Still just kept a good pace and got some fresh air. I could tell town was quieter as lots of kids left this weekend.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Good stretch outside when I got back really had to work out all the soreness. Extra stick roller helped a lot. Got some good mileage and runs in today. Now that softball is starting Ill try to run as much as I can, still shooting for 4 days a week.
Route was a little more than 4 today.
