Weather: sunny, muggy, hot
Comments:
I was so hot i felt like mud. After the five miles I did 100 crunches and 40 push ups. Then finally I did 20 dips. Oh yeah then I paid for CC where I need a physical but I can't get one until Friday and the cashier isn't open Friday so I have to do it all in the morning of the first day of practice.
