Comments:
Did 1.0 mile warm-up and then workout on track. Workout was three 400-meter loops at 6:00 mile pace, and then three 300-meter loops at same pace, and then three 200-meter loops at same pace. Group rested about 30 seconds in between each loop. Did this entire workout twice. Distance was about 3.4 miles plus warm-up, 4.4 miles.
