down zig zag hill up riverside hill. this run probably sounded a lot better on paper, this run was incredibly grueling. legs still not fully recovered from last week, was tired after mile 1. by last mile my arms were flailing around like a retard, i'm actually really impressed I was able to finish this run, especially without stopping, there was definitely no gas in the tank
