Pratt out and back

Hungry when I got home. Head was spinning just thinking about work. There is so much I want to do and know I can do, but how do you do it all? I also want to watch Breaking Bad, so I pounded a few episodes of that and then went out for a shake out. Its hard to fit in huge mileage between games, but a shakeout was so necessary today. Just ran up to the track, did a mile then came back. It was dark, no headlamp but I had what was left from the sunset. It was nice out, but apparently we are getting a frosting tonight. Whack... Pace was natural today.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch legs didnt need much. Shoulders and back are more sore. Ankle was bothering me when I started out but it went away after a few minutes it was just really stiff.
