Perry workout with Marty, Lowell, Bob. 600 warmup, then 5X100 in 1:31-1:34, 500 in 7:50, repeat 5X100 in 1:31-1:35, another 500 in 7:47. Used buoy for all, Swim 50s 1/2 head out, 1/2 ez, skipped drill/kick.
