20 minutes at 128HR, 84 RPM
Hip exercises, side walking with resistance band.
I feel like I had a breakthrough after using the foam roller Sunday night and yesterday. Hips feel strong, can't tell if ITB is still tight. Might try it tonight, but should probably wait til I get orthos tomorrow.
