Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Yesterday I had it in me to do a quick 1200, but I was so exhausted today that I stopped at an 800. It's getting easier, but I'm still taking a few seconds after every 50. I rode there and back: 3 miles. I am suppose to be off right now and this is the third day in a row, but I won't be swimming the next two days. It's just a little something to keep me active and happy.
