Exercise Type: Run

Another lunch tempo, the same DeFazio loop. Ran real easy over to the start and did strides again, then went after it. It was legitimately warm, but the pollen count was low, so I ran with no mask (but with E3s).
Felt much better today - actually strong - and had to work to keep the HR in check. Tried hard to do some diaphragm breathing, but I had to slow down to keep things under 170.
Split 19:33, about 5s faster (in warmer conditions), and I hope the HR was lower! Easy mile back to the clinic.
HR: 167
No workout in the PM, except for strength (which I also did in the AM). Hung out on the deck with CA.
