Stadium Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a little later today. Missed the bus so I had to take the 30 then walk from downtown. Ankle was sore and legs overall were sore actually on the walk. Thought it was going to be a painful run. Ended up feeling strong. Took the bike path up to the Stadium, did the Stadium loop then came back. Havnt run up there from home before but its a nice loop. The wind was really whippin on the far side of the stadium though. Felt a little more tired coming back but thats when I had the wind with me. The flow was feelin nice in the wind. Not a whole lot going on around town. It was just a chill peaceful summer afternoon.

Essentials: Stretch

Just an easy stretch while zoning out in front of the TV. Hungry when I got home. Spent time prepping for my haircut though. Its been 9 months, might be the longest I have gone in a while. It has no method to its madness though its everywhere. Even ill admit it is starting to get a little crazy. Time to tame it.
