Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept a lot last night. Was just exhausted and couldnt stay awake... Must have been from the huge dinner. Knew I needed to burn off a lot of those calories. Ankle was feeling much better but still wanted to stick to trails. Headed down to Brickyard. Nice out there lots of sun and cool breeze. Not too many people out there to share the trail with. Legs felt heavy as expected. Kept plugging along though, knew it was what they needed. Felt a little uncomfortable with my new haircut, but as I worked into it I just embraced it, living the lifestyle. Felt tired coming back up the hill today.
Essentials: Stretch
Nice stretch out in the yard. Just laid there again, and watched a plane fly by way up in the sky. It was pretty cool honestly. Felt refreshing to run today especially since my mileage was down last week. Legs were tired but feel strong afterwards, and my ankle is much less tight and painful than I expected.
