Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
No one really was on campus today. Went in most of the day getting some stuff done. This is a hectic week, and I want to be patient and not try to do too much, so I was mostly organizing and thinking about what to do. Came back and got in a run on the earlier side. Not used to that time, with the sun all the way out. I felt tired at the top of the hill and coming back down, just legs were real heavy and I felt like I was struggling. Didnt feel strong until I got past Amherst College and had the next downhill to push me. Ankle felt good today though and legs werent that sore. IDK if I was trippin because of the heat but I thought I heard a mullet compliment from a passing car. Just doing my part to make someones day a little better.

Essentials: Stretch

Pretty lackluster stretching in the lawn, but I was tired and sweaty. Came in and got to rehydrating. In the hot parts of the summer that is so important.
