Comments:
Ran 1 mile warm-up then went to College Park and ran only 1 lap. Was not feeling very strong. Legs were sore and I probably should have had some cereal or something else to eat before leaving. Distance was 3.2 mile plus 1 mile warm-up. Final distance: 4.2 miles. After, did regular team ab workouts plus the "Schlehuber" ab workout, consisting of 50 crunches, 50 crunches with your legs at 90 degree angle in the air, a 40 second plank interval, at least 150 elbow touches to the ground while keeping your feet off the ground and laying slightly back on your butt (works the obliques), and then up-and-outs.
