EASY PRE to Springfield and back

EASY, EASY run today. The idea was to get a for-sure MAF (or sub-MAF) recovery run after yesterday. Did a bunch of strength in the AM (3-4 sets of stuff), laundry and other clean ups, then hit it. It was nice: hot enough at 10:30 to go no shirt. But I ran shirtless...with a mask, LOLZ.

Ran easy and flat into PRE then all the way into dtown Springfield, then back. Kept it consistently in the 12x range, but it poked into the 130s on the way back. Did 8 stride or so at the end, in front of the apt. The image of being Nick Symmonds with the whole foot AND knee out was powerful! Also, trying to have the highest-possible cadence was good.

PM: worked on the "Elite Feet' article, then grabbed beers and food with Dan-o and Emily at night.
