Good day got some solid work in. Making progress. Ran right when I got home. Hungry but still headed right out. Ran up to Whitney and came back behind Amherst College on the trails. Very very uneventful run. I feel bad because I dont have as much cool stuff to say about my runs compared to being back at Case. Ehh thats just how Amherst rolls though, especially in the summer time. It is sooooo chill here right now and I love it.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Short stretch. Legs felt ok today but honestly overall felt tired and sluggish. IT was a little tight when I got back so rolled it briefly but could use a lot more rolling.
Little more than 4.5 but still decent mileage.
