My first run after 3 weeks of break not including fata week. It was so nice to be running again. This week I'm doing 20 minute runs according to the schedule which is hard because any run that is 10 minutes out from my house and 10 minutes back is going to be really really hilly. I picked a loop I thought I could do in under twenty minutes, I was wrong. It was a hard run to come back to after 4 weeks off because of the heat and the hills.

I have this thing with bees because when I was little I stepped into a bee hive's nest barefoot and now I get stung by bees at least once a year. Bees can sense that I'm a bee home destroyer. Since I have gotten stung so many times, my body has started developing a very harsh reaction to the sting; I got stung in the foot yesterday. I'm not going to be able to run for the next couple of days, but I might make trips to the pool and cross train instead.
