Weather: 80s, but shady

Comments:
I went to Roosevelt Island at 1:30pm to get away from my neighborhood; I am challenging myself this summer to do as few runs as possible there and find more interesting places. Obviously, I don't have that degree of fitness yet where I can feel fully in control: either I'm breathing hard and running 7-something, or it's a crawl. I took no particular route, but covered most of the area I would in foxes and hounds. Finished the day with moving GDS drills, crunch progression for 30 seconds, 3x20 pushups.
