Comments:
Waited enough before running today. It rained a lot in the early afternoon so they preemptivly canceled softball. Overall though it was kinda nice afterwards. I was tired though and kinda didnt want to run, but I got out the door anyways around 8pm. Decided as I was runnin up the street to head over to the track and do a little workout. Good idea. Did 1 min on 1 min off for 2 miles, overshot the last one and came back around to the start. I recomposed myself then did a timed quarter. The fartlek was really good. Weather was cool enough that it felt crisp to get the speed up and got fast. Very refreshing, especially since I havnt done speed in a while. The quarter was crazy. I pushed it out on the straight aways and was really crushing it at the finish. Went 65, which I wasnt expecting at all to hit. Apparently Big Meech can still move those stacks son! HR was around 148 when I finished. Jogged back home after that. I was pretty sweaty and my head was throbbing from all the speed.

Good stretch when I got back. Legs felt surprisingly good. I caught my breath pretty quickly and then chilled out until the game tipped off. Calves a little tight, and IT as well but overall felt smooth and fast today. Oh yea ALLINCLE! Saw some of the pregame footage of downtown outside the Q and it looks crazy. Made me miss it a lot. Such loyal and deserving fans, its our time for this.
