Comments:
This was the hardest pool workout I've done to date. I tried to vary my paces with some success. I had a one-minute rest between everything, except the 50s, for which I gave myself 1:30 recoveries.
200m freestyle warmup
2x100m freestyle
200m breast stroke, somewhat easier
2x100m freestyle
200m freestyle
4x50m freestyle, "sprinting"
2x100m freestyle
100m breaststroke cooldown

Because the pool was not that crowded, the lifeguards were playing tasteful music the whole time and the first song was the Beach Boys' Good Vibrations. 1:30 planks.
