15 min. Warmup..4x60 seconds covering 300 meters..60 sec recovery in between..3 minutes rest.. Out 5 minute and back covered 1100 meters and liked 50 meters getting back..3 minutes rest..2x60 sec to finish.. Tuff workout.. Covered about 4100 meters in 16 minutes.. Popsicles afterwards and the rain came
