Comments:
At 10:18, I stopped in the park on Old Glebe and did moving dynamic drills, then continued for another six minutes onto Glebe, turned around, finally pausing halfway up Piedmont to do bounding drills on the top section of the hill. Once home, I stretched, and concluded with 35 lunges, 30 supermen, 20 clams, 20 star jumps and 10 P. Silverman mountain climbers.
